Isabel López Vilalta graduated in Interior Design from the Elisava School in Barcelona. After several years collaborating with renowned professionals in interior design and architecture, she founded her own studio in 1992. For nearly 20 years, she was the co-author of the design of the Tragaluz Group’s restaurants, and later continued independently, combining her creative work with teaching and lecturing at universities in Spain and Latin America. Today, the ILV* studio is an undisputed benchmark in Spanish interior design, with major hotel, retail, and residential projects that have been featured in numerous magazines and books.
Each ILV* project reflects a true commitment to quality, warmth, and durability, giving spaces a unique personality—because, just like people, every place has its own story. ILV*’s work is guided by the harmony between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring the satisfaction of both users and clients. Their portfolio includes hotels such as the Omm in Barcelona, the Tívoli Kopke in Vilanova de Gaia in Porto, the Kora Tamaragua resort in Tenerife, and the Santa María de Briones in La Rioja. They have also designed residences in Barcelona, Cerdanya, Menorca, and l’Empordà; executive offices for Banc Sabadell; retail stores for Camper and Ulloa; and restaurants such as Marta’s Lemon Pie in Barcelona, Filandón in Madrid, and El Celler de Can Roca in Girona.
