Architecture firm based in Madrid with an international outlook, founded in 2018 by David Meana, Ignacio Navarro, Iñigo Palazón, and Ricardo Fernández, all architects from the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM). Their projects, characterized by a strong strategic and conceptual positioning, have received national and international recognition. They explore endless paths to achieve uniqueness through sensitivity and rigor. This wide-ranging body of work has led to the studio being awarded by the COAM as an emerging practice over several consecutive years, as well as being recognized by media outlets such as AD as one of the most promising young studios.
DIIR is a dialogue between beauty and lived experience, between rigor and sensitivity, between timelessness and resonance. They conceive and transform spaces as places in constant interaction with people, and approach each project with perseverance and precision, steering away from trends, with the aim of creating lasting spaces that generate impact.
