Helena is currently the Regional Vice President of Development for Iberia at Hyatt and serves as the President of the Women in Hospitality Association. Before joining Hyatt, she managed the hotel portfolio at Aliseda Inmobiliaria (owned by Blackstone and Banco Santander) and was Executive Director and Co-Head of Transaction Real Estate at EY. She also led the hotel departments at JLL and Knight Frank, where she additionally held the role of Director of Valuations. In her current position, she oversees Hyatt’s expansion in Iberia and Andorra. Helena is a professor at the renowned IE Business School and the IE School of Architecture and Design, and is frequently invited as a moderator and panelist at conferences and other events. She has studied and worked in the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, the United States, and Spain.
