The award ceremony will take place on the 24th of October 2018 at the Centro de Convenciones Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB) during InteriHotel, which will be attended by important industry personalities and professionals, as well as members of the media who will be reporting both nationally and internationally.

Beltá & Frajumar calls for professionals, architects and interior designers of contract design environments to participate in the international competition of contract design settings, INTERCIDE 2018. The purpose of this competition is to create innovative designs based on an analysis of the growing needs of hotel users. It aims to develop the participants’ professional careers by offering them the opportunity to convert their interior design projects into real contracts that may be created and installed in new hotels with which Beltá & Frajumar work.

The competition, which is created and organised by Beltá & Frajumar, looks to cover a developing necessity in the hotel and hospitality/contract sector. It will be open to architecture, interior design and decoration professionals, as well as students of the sector in general. InterCIDEC has launched a contest in which participants have the opportunity to develop their creativity and imagination by creating truly interesting projects, with the main objective of these projects becoming real works and later coming to fruition.

A Jury, which will be made up of professionals related to purchases and hospitality departments, architecture, interior design, decoration and furniture design, will assess the projects presented to them. The jury’s verdict will be given on the 3rd of October 2018 once the period for presenting their projects has closed, when you will be able to familiarise themselves with all of the projects that are presented, and place your vote until the 2nd of October 2018. The prize consists of a €5000 prize for the winner of the professional category, while there will be a €2000 prize for the winner of the student category.
