The Immersive Cube

 

Immersive and interactive installation that showcases the potential of videomapping technology by projecting images, videos and animations onto three-dimensional surfaces to create visual effects that integrate with the shape of the object. Participants will be guided through a creative journey that will reflect some of the main design trends in colours, materials and finishes (CMF) in the hospitality sector for the 2024/2025 season.

The experience will be visual, interactive, sensory and gastronomic, allowing visitors to interact with the projections and be part of the narrative.

In collaboration with AMBIT, ONIONLAB, Chök and the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia through the SPACE and NeuroTuristic projects.


 

Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF)

 

Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) technology makes innovative use of Artificial Intelligence in architectural visualisation processes to generate three-dimensional models of existing spaces or virtual showrooms of completed projects. Visitors will be able to experience the use of this new technology to immediately scan and visualise with virtual reality some of the unique spaces at the fair, such as the Concept Rooms Lab spaces.

This technology aims to set a new standard in the creation and visualisation of 3D models for the habitat sector.

AMBIT and ARQUIMEA RESEARCH CENTER collaborate in the project within the framework of the REALINT2 project.


 

Generative artificial intelligence

 

This set-up allows visitors to experiment with the latest Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to change workflows and facilitate innovation in the design of spaces. Visitors will be able to easily control the artificial generation of interior design scenes by applying them, for example, to product preferences of the brands exhibiting at interihotel, to textures or layouts of the space.

The experience takes the form of an interactive digital totem that allows you to create or co-create inspiring visual concepts based on the use of interihotel's exhibiting brand products.
