Born in Albaida, Valencia, he pursued studies in Teaching. He later joined the company Curvados Artísticos SA, where he led the sales and marketing area for over three decades. In 2018, he joined García Requejo, a Spanish brand of lighting and high-end furniture with international projection, founded in 1962. As International Sales Director, Roig works closely with management to consolidate and expand the brand’s presence in new contract markets, cultivating relationships with specifiers, architects, designers, hotel chains, and governmental spaces, while ensuring the company’s artisanal and innovative identity is preserved.
Since 1962, García Requejo has been part of the history of Spain’s most iconic hotels, such as Hotel María Cristina in San Sebastián, El Fuerte in Marbella, El Real in Santander, NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado, and numerous Paradores Nacionales. In its early international ventures, the project for Vila Vita Park Resort in Portugal stands out. Throughout its trajectory, the company has established a solid global presence, collaborating on projects for prestigious hotel chains such as Kempinski, Hyatt, Marriott, Blue Diamond, Iberostar, Radisson Blu, Meliá, Royalton, among others. With more than six decades of experience, García Requejo combines tradition and innovation to provide tailor-made lighting and furniture solutions, adapted to the needs of each contract and hospitality project. Thanks to its specialized team and customized production capabilities, the company has become an international benchmark in the design and manufacturing of unique projects.
