Architect at the Catalan Foundation of l'Esplai and co-director of the postgraduate course in Facility Management at Escola Sert of the Catalan Association of Architects, Felip Neri Gordi served as General Manager of Integrated Facility Management (2007–2016), where he oversaw the operation, maintenance, renovations, and new implementations of buildings and facilities. Between 2014 and 2015, he also served as Vice President of the FM & BS, Facility Management & Building Services congress at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Fira de Barcelona. He is currently the director of the postgraduate program in Facility Management at Escola Sert.
