Sergio Baragaño is an architect, founder, and director of the [baragaño] studio, and a prominent figure in the field of industrialized architecture in Spain, with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in R&D with ArcelorMittal, coordinating the CENIT project for the Ministry of Industry (2007-2010), focused on new materials and modular architecture, with participation from major companies such as Acciona and Gas Natural. In 2011 and 2012, he designed the two ArcelorMittal R&D headquarters in Avilés, one of which was awarded by the COAA. In 2015, he launched bhome, an industrialized housing proposal, and has since served as an external consultant for modular architecture at ArcelorMittal. He is currently the CEO of ROOM2030, a tech startup that designs, manufactures, and markets intelligent and sustainable architectural modules. ROOM2030 is a constantly evolving project that integrates design, technology, and business collaboration to develop future housing solutions.
