We live in a fast-paced and ever-changing world. This requires continuous learning, and in Catalonia, architects have the Escola Sert of the COAC for this purpose. Innovation lies in connecting different knowledge silos crosswise. In this roundtable, we will cross disciplines such as Neuroarchitecture and Facility Management. Buildings and other constructed environments emit stimuli, and people consciously and unconsciously receive them through their senses. However, many of us do not know how to interpret these impulses. Understanding which environmental factors affect us helps us comprehend how our bodies function in the space they inhabit. This is what neuroarchitecture is all about, and much more. Facility Management is a tool for accumulating experiences throughout the life cycle of a building, both before and after its delivery. If we connect knowledge between these two disciplines, we will undoubtedly open the door to innovation.
