Bachelor of Law from the University of Valencia, after several years in the legal profession, she redirected her professional activity towards her true vocation: interior design and creativity. An enterprising and entrepreneurial businesswoman, for over 15 years, she has been steering her career towards sustainable interior design, a personal challenge and a passion that she has been developing over these years of experience. Initially, she opened a specialized studio for the renovation, construction, and interior design of boutique hotels, restaurants, offices, and public spaces in general, which later evolved and specialized exclusively in interior design for hotels. In 2020, becoming aware of the importance of preserving the environment, she decided to channel all that experience into interior design and architecture and, along with Carlos Fluixá, founded ECO-ONE, a company whose goal is to assist hotels in their journey towards sustainability.

Zdenka Lara Interiorismo is a studio known for working on boutique hotels located in special environments, such as Mediterranean settings, beaches, or natural surroundings. They also work on historical and old buildings in urban settings, characterized by distinctive architecture where spaces are restored. The goal is to create beautiful hotels - typically boutique ones - but with an evolution towards large chains with numerous rooms and new construction, adapting hotels to new needs and contemporary times. They always work while respecting the environment and in harmony with the space where the hotel is located, under the motto "creativity is profitable," but going a step further by applying sustainability and circularity values, prioritizing sustainable interior design based on recovering and restoring pieces with the leitmotif of "nothing is thrown away, everything is transformed," also valuing local craftsmanship.
