Guillem, a Higher Technician in Commercial Management and Marketing, began his career at Finsa in 2010, where he has held various roles, including Sales Manager, Product Consultant, and in 2015, he joined the new Technical Consulting team. A few years later, this Finsa team specialized in project typologies, and Guillem took on the role of Hospitality Manager. Alongside the Director and other colleagues, they study, develop, and implement the strategy for this sector, providing advice to hotel chains, interior design studios, and architecture firms on hotel projects (vacation, urban, boutique, or resorts), student residences, and elderly care residences.
